The Pines Home Care was founded in 2009 by Claire Selby and Helen Somerville, with a clear commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care.
 

From the beginning, the company has chosen to grow steadily and responsibly. Starting with one-to-one support, The Pines Home Care has developed over the years to provide the 24-hour care packages we offer today. Our focus has never been on growth for the sake of growth; instead, we only take on new care packages when we are confident that we have the right staff in place to provide the quality and consistency of care people deserve.
 

We believe that successful care is built around relationships. Wherever possible, our staff are carefully matched with the people they support, taking into consideration personalities, interests and individual needs. This helps build genuine connections, trust and familiarity between our staff and the people receiving support.
